Vien Mortel wins Ginoong Pilipinas Italya. Twenty- three year old Vien Mortel bagged the title “Ginoong Pilipinas Italya 2009” held at Palazzo Dei Congressi here.


Mortel also won 3 other special awards like Best in Casual Wear, Best in Barong and Mr. Friendship.

Last year, Mortel joined Mr. Gwapo in Pisa but he failed to bag the title. He said the experience he gained in the last competition gave him the chance to do better this time around.
