I started downloaded House Season 5 (unchecked all episodes from the torent except episode 1) last night and was finished this midday… That’s super fast internet in your face.. 
As you know, I just finished the whole season 4 in 2 or 3 days and I couldn’t wait for my rest day to buy a bunch of DVD for season 5 that’s why I downloaded the first episode (and probably the second episode tonight).
Anyway House MD Season 5 Episode 1 is called Dying Changes Everything.

Season 4 ended with Amber dead and Wilson super devastated! Also House in bed with his bleeding brain..
With House Season 5 pilot episode: Wilson resigns from the hospital… and from his friendship with House. Meanwhile, “Thirteen” struggles with her personal medical problems while helping treat an executive assistant with a similar personality to her own.
