Now on it’s 5th year, RockEd Philippines annual sponsored event, “Rock The Riles” will be held this coming Sunday, December 6, 2009. Rock The Riles aims to unite musicians, artists and the public in a common cause: To demand and ensure justice and to defeat impunity and cynicism.
